   Abstract

We present one adult patient with medulloblastoma who developedpolysomnographically documented obstructive sleep apnea after posterior fossasurgery. The sleep apnea worsened in conjunction with clinical andimaging-con-firmed neoplastic progression and clinically improved aftercraniospinal radiation therapy. Medulloblastoma or its surgical treatment hasnever before been implicated in a sleep-related breathing disorder. We discusspossible mechanisms for its occurrence and management implications.
